When ordering from www.agavanza.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before placing your order, and do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and including 21% VAT. VAT does not apply for orders made outside the EU, and will automatically be deducted before payment, but please be aware, that you may be subject to other duties and/or taxes in your country. Check the rules in the given country so you will know what extra costs to expect. 

AGAVANZA is not responsible for any custom fees, or any changes in currency or exchange rates charges carried out by any bank. 

We make reservations for any errors in text and prices, as well as any sold out items. 

You can pay with VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, it can be done to the following account:

Please remember to include your order number!

When paying by bank transfer, we do not ship your order until payment has been registered to our bank account, which may take a few days. We will lay aside your order for 5 days from the moment you made the order. Has payment not been made and confirmed by us within this period, we will put the item(s) back in stock to be sold again. 

SHIPPING

We use GLS or UPS as couriers, and our delivery times are meant as guidelines. Please be aware that delays can occur.

DENMARK – Delivery within 10 days.  

GLS/UPS Home Delivery: 50 DKK. Your order will be delivered to your door with Track & Trace.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – EU Delivery within 10 days, outside EU within 14 days.*

GLS/UPS Home Delivery: 50 DKK. Your order is delivered to your door with Track & Trace.

*Due to Brexit, we are currently not able to ship to the United Kingdom. We apologize for this inconvenience, and will try to find a solution as soon as possible.

*Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not available for shipments by default. Contact us by email if you are interested in these destinations.


RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase on www.agavanza.com   without justification at any stage between placing your order and within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right expires 14 days after receiving your order. 
You have to notify us in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase. To cancel your order, you must inform us unambiguously that you wish to withdraw. You can also choose to use our standard RETURN FORM (link) and include it when returning your order. You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery. 

Please include your order confirmation and use the original AGAVANZA box to send back the item to us.

You must return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw or exchange. 

You have to cover the cost of the return yourself. We suggest that you insure the shipment so that you can claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit. We request that returns are shipped through a registered delivery method so that you have a record of their return.

After receiving the return order, and unless otherwise agreed, we will refund the credit card used for the transaction. Returns are usually handled within 7 working days.

We do not accept returns that are custom made or have been used (other than tried on).

CLAIMS

For claims regarding possible defects on products purchased on www.agavanza.com, please contact us by email or telephone. Depending on the product and within the period of 24 months, we will either repair, exchange, or give you part of or a full refund. In order to do this we will first have to ensure that your claim is justified and not a result of any wrongful or damaging use of the product.
